I can't decide, I like them both. I picked V8 cause that is probably what I will get.

Considering how "awesome" the V8 is supposed to be, a 1/3 disapproval rating is pretty damning evidence that the design is not well executed.

I think the V6 bumper looks better and fits the rest of the car better than the V8 bumper. Oh, and I made a post just like this. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...t=SS+RS+bumper

It's actually a nice little "decoration"... NOT an "intake".

I agree. I can't make a decision without seeing the porduction SS bumper (technicaly speaking it's a facia). If it looks like the SS one thats running around then I'm sold. But need to see the production before I make up my mind.

I like the SS front bumper, but it could be because of the scoop, even though it is not real, although I already figured out a cheap way to make it work... use the air cleaner setup from a 98-02 transam or camaro. done

The pic of the silver SS is misleading because the lower portion of the grill is faded and roughly the same size as the much smaller picture of the V6 camaro above it. THe proportions of the V8 bumper are off in comparison to the rest of the car and doesn't look like the concept from the side, straight and forward. At that angle the picture was taken and the loss of resolution, it hides the differences well enough.. I'm still getting a V8 so I have to let this new bumper grow on me.
