Here are the numbers for the manual.
MANUAL TRANS.
+ 19.9 HP; + 18.3 lb-ft

All the adjustments listed on the pdf that 2Tighwads posted apply except, torque management, AFM. Manuals get skip shift on/off.

At SEMA they told me that the air intake companies were sending them kits to add tunes for also. He said that Airaid had committed to send them one already.
One of the enginneers also said he was confident that they would have V6 tuning by FOY.

this says dealers wont be able to see the flash if we bring it back to stock
how do we know this is true?
whats to stop the dealer from making sure it hasnt been tuned?

Thank you a ton, HaveBlue. That's what I needed to hear. I read up on this through miscellaneous threads and most of it just seemed to be geared towards the Automatics. I appreciate the quazi-3rd party, educated insight. The PDF above helps me with my decision. Time to grab one before they're gone. Anybody have a trusted vendor? I have heard a couple good things about 2tightwads but I usually order through Summit.

Thanks!

Can I get custom tunes with the Superchips? If I add say some go fast parts, can I log
data, send it to a tuner and have them send me back a tune as you can do with the Predator?

At this time to keep the product emissions legal and to help maintain your factory warranty Superchips is not offering custom tunes that would defeat emissions equipment in your vehicle.

I mean the way your literature reads you have 2 "tune" settings based on gas octane ratings.
the advantage to data logging would be to get your tune dialed in more specifically for your vehicle...

but 4 sensors isn't really enough info to datalog to give ya the whole story...

you really need to be able to data log more parameters at a time...

for example, parameters that I data log, and have others datalog for me when I do custom diablo predator/trinity tunes for them, are:

air fuel ratio (Equivalence Ratio)
commanded throttle position
engine speed (RPM)
intake air temp
long term fuel trim bank 1
long term fuel trim bank 2
MAF Sensor Mass Airflow
spark advance
total knock spark retard

the predator/trinity can log any and all available parameters at a time... obviously, the more you select to log, the sampling rate would be slower and you'd essentially get less data, but I myself have logged these exact parameters listed with my trinity and get about 78 rows of data per second for each parameter... (the predator gets about 10-12 rows of data per second...)

now, with that information logged, you can determine what your average fuel trims are at, and make adjustments to your part-throttle fueling which will give you even quicker throttle response, better acceleration, stronger/harder pull, and better mileage...

you find the fuel trim data by selecting certain areas of the data, when they were steady driving/cruising... i.e. you look for a certain throttle position %, in a certain rpm range, etc etc...

and for WOT tuning, you'd log the same parameters, and using that info (and a wideband), you're able to determine what to adjust your WOT fueling to, WOT timing, etc etc...

the trick is to get your part-throttle fueling dialed in first, because you don't want your LTFT's to be positive at WOT - you want them at 0 to slightly negative...

and you can also get custom predator/trinity tunes created more specifically for your vehicle to gain you even more performance/driveability, and as you add additional mods to your car, etc etc...

On-Star won't do anything until you make it Hennessey fast.

Purchased the limited edition superchips flashpaq on Friday, but when updating it said that there were no cals available for my car(2ss/rs) and that I would be notified via email. Just wondering how long I am going to have to wait?
