Gauging interest for a Cruise/dyno day event early 2010 - Page 2 - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I will try and go. The best date for me would be January 30th or after February. I am wrestling so my Saturdays are taking most of the time. Choose the date that is best for everyone else. Hopefully I can make it.

Sounds like 1/2 & 1/2 on Saturdays & Sundays, do you think they would do both ? I'm open for either.

OK guys/gals, the date has been set for February 27th. As soon as we can get the rest of the meet set (times etc.) I'll post more info. It looks like there will be a parts give-away as well, but more to come on that later once everything is finalized.

For those of you still waiting on the V6 parts info. They developed a full length header
system that made 32hp and 30ft lbs at the wheels on a stock v6. I have been slacking and haven't gotten the price info as of yet, but I'll call next week and post that up.

Count me in. Should have the CAI and maybe a tune by then. Didn't realize the sales tax on the car is a tax dedection until about 3 weeks ago, so yes this is stimulus money being well spent

Anyoe know when the GM shorty headers are suppose to be availabe?

Damn, any chance of doing this the weekend prior to the 20th? I'll be leaving for Costa Rica that day. I'll be up in Washington for all of February, and will be in Afghanistan From March until September.

if i've got my car and i'm not working i'll cruise...most likely won't do the dyno as i won't have very many miles on the car yet (probably only a couple hundred). but i'll definitely cruise.

As of right now there isn't a sign up list and it will be FREE to hop on the dyno.

As soon as I can get everything finalized, I will let you guys know how many cars can get dyno time and start the list. I want to say they were thinking 10 cars, but don't quote me on that. I'll know more hopefully later today.
