So I live in Oklahoma City and my SS arrives this week. The highest octane we have here is 91. I know of one station that has 93 and it's about a 20 minute drive from my house. Would you all recommend I go for the 93 or is 91 good enough? Is there a noticeable performance difference between 91/93?

I'm running 91 out/down here in Lubbock. When I'm back home we have 93. I cannot tell any difference. I even added some booster when I got back up here, and still could not tell a difference in performance.

there should be no difference at all between 91, 93, or 100 octane racing fuel because your SS is tuned for 91 octane gas. If you want to get a custom dyno tune and have 93 available then that's a different story but from the factory it's tuned for 91, adding 93 only costs you more money.

Just so you guys know, if you follow the fuel tanker truck from one gas station to the next, you will realize that no matter where you buy gas from it is the same. Shell, EXXON, raceway, ect... A Close friend of mine used to own a gas station and told me this and I didnt belive it... untill I followed the gas truck. Anybody that is brand loyal to a certain gas is...nevermind.
