Tapshift is too much fun. Used it the whole time I had the car here.

I agree...its really fun...and you really get to hear that exhaust note a bit better since you are in control of the shifts.....

I didnt use it when I first got the car...but once I did I was hooked.

I use it most of the time, it's really fun on a great road. I usually don't use it to and from work.

The only time I do not use it is in heavy traffic. The rest of the time I love using tap shifting. Dropping it into 3rd and passing on the highway is blast. Really looking forward to using it once I get my exhaust (either MRT V2 or Flowmaster AT).

I use it if I am sitting at a light and I want to be the first one away from it because of a merge from two lanes into one at the other side of the intersection. (Or if the other car is a Mustang or Challenger) If you are in either auto mode and you allow the second gear upshift and the car beside you starts accelerating, you have no control over whether or not the automatic will downshift. If you are in tapshift, you are in control. It is embarassing to floor the car and have it "lug" because the tranny refuses to downshift. It seems like an eternity waitng for the revs to climb.

you do have control if it downshits, if you are in S mode just tap the downshift button, if you are in D or S, if you tromp it to the floor, it will downshift...I have done it many times...
