I had that happen last spring and it did about $4700 on my 07 legacy, but that was the worst storm I ever saw.

I'm really hoping nothing happened. There's a slight overhang on my house and I'm hoping most of it hit the roof and missed the car. But when I went out there I found a complete outline of hail around the car so I doubt I'll be that lucky. But, hopefully there's no denting.

small dents can be fixed with dry ice. just pass it by the dent and the cold will pull the dent out

Yeah, there are people out there that follow hail storms around and fix this kind of damage. I knew a guy , his truck was beat so bad that it broke the windshield and side window out of it and when those guys got done with the body, it looked better than before the storm, all with dry ice and a heat gun, it was amazing. they didn't do much for the windows though

I may have to try this... we'll see. I'd also love to see a video of this and how to do it properly.

WOW. As you can see where I live (Just down the Highway from you), we didnt get any storms here just threatening. I did move mine in the garage though. I hope there is no damage. If there is, go see Mike at Medved in WheetRidge. They have a paintless dent repair man that fixed a couple of door dings I had right off their lot. Excellent results. Good luck

Dooooooh. The can of air and hair dryer works pretty good for removing dents...

Had it freak hail storm on my car about a week after I purchased it. It was a real freaky deal because I live on the San Francisco Peninsula and we RARELY see that type of weather. The hail was small, about half the size of a pea, so nothing came of it pelting the car. Best of luck for you. Crossing fingers that there is no damage.
