I knew the number wouldn't reach their full potential without header but I didn't think it would kill it that bad. If the numbers stay consistent with what other people get with the same cam and mods than it would seem that the headers will as 50hp +/- a little. That seems like a lot but who knows? At this point I wouldn't be suprised.

My DT's fit perfectly! I know I have read that some headers you have to put a dent in them so they will clear!

I know they are expensive, but I highly recommend ARH headers. I have ARH's, G6X3, and Magnaflows and at WOT and idle it sounds great. I saw a set of Doug Thorleys the other day and they do look solid and are a lot cheaper. You should pick up at least 40Hp more with headers.

FWIW the G6X3 is a great cam if it's used with the correct supporting mods. I think you'll pick up at least 40+rwhp by going with the long tubes. Just make sure you get a 7/8 primary and not a 3/4. No sense in spending the money and not getting the full potential out of the setup.
I installed the same cam in a vette for a client in Florida and with headers, ported TB, CAI, and Fast intake he made 500rwhp. With Nitrous he pushed over 700rwhp and ran low 10's. The bottom line is that the LG cam is great N/A and it LOVES nitrous. Vince

I have a small dry kit also but I wouldn't even think about putting it on yet, but one day! Definitley need to get everything else right first. Don't think I'll run but a 75 to 100 shot and only after I check it on the dyno to be sure I'm not leaning out or anything else.

Yes, the headers will also help the bucking. Once you get headers get retuned and if your tuner knows his stuff, you should be able to get rid of the bucking and surging. I have to try hard to make mine surge and buck.

Yes, 4.10's, had those before cam so I can't tell you how much that helps the low rpm driving.
