As far as car covers go I'm thinking of just buying the OEM Camaro car cover, fits like a glove looks cool but its pricey. crateenginedepot.com sells them for just under 300USD plus shipping. Anyone think I should go a different route?

Any opinions are welcome!

Thanks!

Just got my Camaro out from Hibernation... 1 Dec - 1 April
(4 Months)
The only thing I had done was put more air in my tires (40) and put the Huggers Cover on....Today I got in the car turned the key and VROOOOM it started no problem...
Now the fun begins.....

I have a question for you guys. I did an oil change just before I put the car away for the winter (Dec 1st) since it's been 4 months do I need to do another one now?

I don't think it's necessary, but, in future, do the oil change after winter storage.
In my opinion, and others may disagree, and my method is, change the oil after it comes out from storage, that way you get rid of old oil, and put in fresh one, and you're set for the new driving season, without any worries.

My orange beauty is still tucked away but it is beginning to kill me with the nice weather this weekend. Especially seeing other cams on the road!

With the weather the way it is this weekend, it's killing me having her up on stands. I dropped my rims off for powder coating on the 14th of Mrach. I was told a week and a half, two weeks MAX. It's been THREE FRIGIN weeks and still not ready. I called last Wednesday and they said sometime next week. I checked the forecast on Thursday and I couldn't have been more disappointed. I just want to get her on the road! Today was a perfect, sunny, windows open, music pumped up, spring cruising day. It's been way too long.

Just got mine out and the battery is dead and it won't take a charge. A cell went bad. Now they want me to leave the car overnight because they have to prove that it is dead with a 3 hour test and THEN order one from out of town.

I feel your pain, mine is still covered up . It was very tempting to uncover the car today, but it's more pain knowing it's not ready for the road, nor the roads for my car. I will wait a few more weeks, when it's due for it's pre-driving season clean up, and then hit the road.
