Notice anything different?... WEIRD.

Both cars are 2010 SS. One is an early 2010, one is a 2010 pace car replica. Notice anything strange?

Wonder when they changed that???

What does yours look like and when did you get it? Mine is a 2010, VIN 32,xxx.

Probably because it's easier to read with E and F.

Ahhh but they changed FROM the E/F to the circles... my car has the E/F which is much older than the pace car...

My guess is in other countries E does not mean EMPTY and F does not mean FULL.

For example... In Italian

HOT = caldo
COLD = freddo

Imagine the confussion for Italian travellers with the US faucets with H and C

They'll figure it out when they turn it on...

Unless the nifty blue and red coloring is present...

In fact...I can't remember the last time I've seen a faucet with "H/C" on it...

I just checked, the owner of the pace car is from Canada.... I guess thats it. Still weird. I know they use a different speedometer but that is obviously not the only difference. I am surprised the US cars dont get the circles too, to keep it simple.

Is that why the Canadians get stuck paying more?? Wow, those are some expensive gauges in that case!!

That is the reason - Canadian Camaro and US Camaro. I live in Canada and bought mine in the US, imported to Canada. There are few subtle other differences too. Personally I like the E and F as oppsoed to the circles. I think the reason for the circles instead of letters is exactly because of language. Yes in English, E means Empty and F means Full, but for example here in Canada........and help me out here you francophones.......Vide means Empty and Complete means Full??
