I should be receiving me headers tomorrow and hopefully have it installed Tuesday or Wednesday, are these direct bolt on or are there and tips i can tell the exhaust shop before they start to insure everything goes smooth

i assume you mean shorty headers? if so, then they will have to cut and weld them on.

Yep, the existing exhaust pipe has to be cut (just above the cats I believe) and the DTs get welded on. Kind of a pain in the A, but no check engine lights so far, so guess it's worth it

Cut and weld. The down pipes that are connected to the cats need to be shortened. Instructions will show and say how much, each side is different. I'm sure they know, but make sure they scrape off a bit of the ceramic coating on the headers where they weld to the pipes so to prevent any exhaust leak through the weld area. Other then that,about three hours tops.Also you reuse your stock header gaskets.

Just dropped it off at the shop their only concern is that I have the solo highflow cats and it may not line up 100% anyone run into this yet any reply ASAP would be great

yeah would like to know as well , I have the solo hfc and was under the impression that it should fit well.

You sure can use this video but I'll try and take some better ones soon.

As for gains I can notice a bit not as much as I expected but they are shorties not long tubes though I'll try and get a really dyno If I can get some extra cash
