I haven't had any leaks so far. Hopefully I won't. Never a leak in my past 3 convertibles, so hopefully these are isolated issues that can and will be resolved easily.

Might only be another day or so.

That's cool... did the dealer remove the carpet so it will dry underneath it?

you don't want a smelly, moldy carpet.

Just got her back. Seems that a tube that is part of the water management system was not secure. The info I got from this site helped the dealer a lot in quickly getting to the bottom of it.

The condition is a known issue with GM and isn't an issue on all verts. If you are getting one ask them if the performed the check of the water management bag system as required before the top was EVER lowered the first time. If they say no or they don't know, have them look up the bulletin and check out if the tubes (run from right behind the rear seat side windows and out the rear of the car, one on each side) are secured.

Awesome! I'm glad to hear they've found the problem, and fixed it!

Thanks for keeping us updated!

Good stuff. Glad it was a somewhat of a quick fix.

Took my wifes GMC Envoy to the dealer for some repairs this past Monday and the dealer called me on tuesday to tell me one of their techs backed into her truck and cracked the rear bumper, good times!
