this v6 vs v8 camaro, mustang, and challenger thing will never end. it is only human nature that we compete with each other. and usually when we are talking about materialistic things in life. the man with the more money will ALWAYS win, and he will feel superior. its normal, and thats life.

Considering the very small price diff between a 1ss and a 2lt Im thinking that a lot of people with v6's choose to get that model for their own personal reasons. Further more v6'er shoudnt feel the need to justify their purchase your money your choice. If someone has to ask you whether you have a v6 or a v8 then their opinion shouldnt really matter because they can't even tell the difference even though the difference is pretty easily noticeable.

thats where the problem starts on a forum, a lot of SS owners bought the car because they wanted a fast car, and also be nice. i bought a camaro to have a powerful and fast car. a lot of the v6 owners. got the camaro to have a nice and cool looking car. and o ya its got 300 HP. not bad. a lot of SS owners that is simply the wrong reason why we bought a camaro.

so the problem is that you have a lot of people here with 2 different cars (camaro v6 vs v8), with different reasoning be hind the purchase. on one forum. this will happen no matter what !
