HELLO people its still a CAMARO and still deserves the same RESPECT! plus it still beats half the cars on the road.
Plus most of us V6 owners use our Camaro as our Daily Driver so we don't want a V8 cause of gas... or If your like me and is 18, a 2011 Camaro is NICE NO MATTER the engine size!

because you cant have a RS badge on a SS. yes we all know RS doesn't mean SS. but to the average person it does.

if i saw a RS badge on a camaro. its going to be a v6.

Isnt there someone who put a V6 front on thier SS and even took thier SS badges off? Im sure there are a few people that have made thier SS's into something of a sleeper as im sure there are a few V6's that are much faster than you would ever think.

what geniuses we have on this forum! now that we are assigning sexual identities to the front fascias, it makes it easier for me to describe my decision-making process. i bought the v6 because the SS front bumper was so different from the concept, mostly in a way that makes it look homo-erotic and generally gay, visually.

just kidding, but to say that the majority of gen5 camaros on the road are feminine looking is just weird. you need to drive the V8 so that people who see your front fascia will not question the nature of your genitals? SERIOUSLY? YOU WROTE THAT?

Wrong JFerraro, the V6 front fascia doesn't look feminine due to not having a mail slot, it's due to the fact that it has a smaller bottom grill and is generally wimpy looking compared to the SS.





If you seriously think that the V6 fascia is more aggressive looking than the V8 than you are smoking some good stuff.

Also Sasquatch, where I live there is a 1:10 ratio SS:LT/LS. I bought an SS because I wanted the Top of the Line Camaro. If I could get a ZL1 I would but with dealer markup here in Canada that won't be happening for a few years at least. I didn't get the SS to make up for anything, I bought it because I wanted a Muscle Car and the V8/SS was the only way I would be able to get what I wanted out of the car. You have your reasons, and I have mine. Also it's not only me that thinks the front fascia is feminine, I have friends and family that have said the same thing about it.

Cam will happen fairly soon. But I"m at 470rwhp/480tq. That's with the 22" POS Savini wheels. Which I will not have on then.

If you consider the 18% drivetrain loss it's around 550 crank. So comperable to the ZL1 expected numbers after the 22 inch boat anchors are swapped out.

The cam install will get my 26 HP lost to the VVT back, plus the typical gain. I should be around 550 rwhp after that, which would be about 650 crank.

I'll put ZL1 LCAs and sway bars on my car too. With the Pedders coilovers and all the bushings and stuff that I have, I should be able to foot the power as well too.
