Iam a rider and own a Camaro. On the back window is a sticker that reads, "Motorcycles are everywhere, open your F.....Ing eyes!" I feel like you did make a mistake but, for him to make a threat is stupid and childish. He probably wont even bother you. Obviously making a point for you to remember we are out there evry day at all times. Take it as a learned lesson and move on. If he does come back, you do have insurance. Use it. If you catch him in the act, prosecute. Two dumb moves dont do anything to solve the issue. I would like for all nonbikers to remember that we ride and are out there enjoying it just the same as you. Please watch out for us. Thankyou one and all, lets roll!

Tell wife - Garage is for car. Get storage shed for tools.

Like "Dude, do you have any idea what you did back there?"
Instant respect from me if he did that....instead he handled the situation like a coward by threatening me and then speeding off.
Right, but sadly we don't live in that world anymore where people respect each other.

Most of the time you'll get an F-you ^#%@% when you try to rationally speak to someone about a mistake.

You may be in the 1% of rational people left, but 99% aren't.

Don't worry about the 'big tough biker' he didn't have 5 of his buddies with him, so that means he would be too scared to do anything.

On another note that I will probably get flamed for, if he didn't have a face shield (or glasses) and no windshield, then you know what? Too bad if he got wet.

That's like me following you and threatening you because I had my window down on a rainy day, and you drove past me and hit a puddle so it sprayed into my car.

That's just part of riding a bike, ride on wet roads your gonna get sprayed. If it wasn't you spraying him someone else would have got him. You were probably just the one he could get to after being sprayed a few hundred times already.

Who peed in your Cheerios? If the OP (as he stated) cut back into the other lane too soon, the guy on the bike might have had to hammer on his brakes to avoid getting hit. Unless you ride, you probably are unaware of how quickly 2 wheels can go south on you on wet roads, gravel roads, and siped roads. If the OP had checked to be sure he could SEE that biker in his cockpit rvm he would have been far enough in front of him to return to that lane safely, and without freaking the guy on the bike out.
Bikers expect to get wet in the rain, DUH. What bikers hope for is that morons in cars will watch out for them, share the road with them, and hopefully not cut them off.
Here's some reading to hone your internet tough guy skilz...

I wouldn't be worried about it. If he wanted to do something about it he would have. It was definitely just an empty threat.

Wow, I'd move and quickly before the bad guy gets you or your car!!!!!!!!

Seriously, get a security camera, guard your car 24/7 or forget about it.
