Go with an established system. Try MRT 2.0

My MRT V2 arrives tomorrow. How difficult is it to install? Wondering if I should just have someone install it. Are the install instructions easy to understand? Thanks.

I was able to do mine in 30 minutes. And part of that time was spent putting the Camaro in the air. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...42#post1734742

In order to get the exhaust you should think about Cold Air Intake. Then headers then mufflers. If you go just mufflers then I would pick MRT V1 although you can have some drone noise with that. (its what ive heard dont yet own a pair). For me it will be MRT V1 once I get there.
Also check into the RX Oil Catch Can. You will thank me that you did. Here is a link to that information http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...ighlight=catch |

MRT V1 is prolly a good bet if u wanna make some noise for little expense. If you wanna sound hardcore then u need to do a cold air intake, long tube headers and then pick your exhaust. I went with SOLO's full catback system. It's very aggressive and it wont make ur head explode with boomy drone. It depends on what your budget is too. LT's will cause your CEL to come on. If that's a big issue for you then you'll want to spend 600.00 for a tune. Personally the CEL does not bother me at all. It would if it was harming the car but it doesn't. Good luck.

I suggest that you go around and see and hear some C5 with different setups.
There is no video that will give you the real sound because of poor camera microphones and the quality of your computor speakers. Go around and if posible get into some rides to hear them from the inside because that's where you'll hear them.... As for me I went for Solo Performance MACH X LLT with J Pipes. Really great sound, no drone at crusing speeds and made specially for V6 Camaros.

We carry tons of options and video up for most. MRT axlebacks are a great option for some added sound at a great price. Solo has an excellent sound and is drone free. They seem to be the most popular and we carry both. Check it out.
