Anybody buy a Synergy Series Camaro?

Has anyone purchased a Synergy Series Camaro? I am not talking about the Green one, I am talking about the SS with a kit one. You know the ones that are 50 some thousand dollars and just sit on the lots (at least near me)?

Now that I think of it with dealers asking 50K for a SS with a kit, what make people think the ZL1 is not going to be at least 60K to start?

I guess nobody owns one of these? This would explain why Chevy is having a hard time moving the Synergy Camaro. That being said does anyone think this is a good value? I mean its just an SS with a kit and rims to me. If everyone agrees these are overpriced, would everyone agree the ZL1 will most likely be close to 70K?

I like the car, except for the wheels. Not crazy about that style wheel, or 21's in general ( I am pretty sure they are 21's). I especially like the stripe.

As far as the ZL1, no way in hell it comes with a $70K MSRP here in the States. Whether or not some delaer tries to bend someone over with a 70K price tag (which is almost assured somewhere) is another story.

Couldn't agree more, the wheels have to go.

If GM could coax plenty of people to pay for the ridiculously overpriced 21" wheel option and unpainted GFX then i see no reason people won't pay for this package. There was one on the lot near me last weekend and it's gone now. At the very least it is vastly better than the old CTS luxury sport series my dealer was trying to pawn off for 10k more than a fully optioned 3.6.

I like the silver stripes on the white. Not a bad car, does it have some SLP performace parts on it? For 50K I am not sure I would buy it. I would purchase a Corvette or wait for a ZL1.

I like the package. Overpriced for what you get. I'm probably in the minority department as far as the wheels go. I actually like them. That Heritage grill makes the car look so much cleaner. Should come from the factory on all models.

i like the wheels. they're the ones from Transformers 2 and they are what i want. i just don't 21" wheels and since i have ABM i don't want the red stripe.
