I paid $750 for the front end, 24" of the hood and backside of my mirrors. $900 seems excessive.

I was guestimating 450.00 or so. But I've never priced it. And I was only thinking front fascia.

I found another place in my area that will do the same areas as mentioned above for $650.

I got an estimate of $450 for the upper hood and mirrors and $350 for the lower bumper, two different estimates. I only want the lower bumper cover and mirrors done. The stuff is expensive (Xpel) and one other shop Wax Werks said they'd get an estimate to me which I'm still waiting for and it's been 4wks and the place that hrpiii used they refused to get back to me the first time I contacted them and then the second time the price was astronomical! Now that I've modded my front bumper cover, I can no longer use my Colgan bra and I want something to protect my investment. Even if I could by the product it might be cheaper for me as my window tint guy told me if I get the kit, he'd install it for me and he only charged me $85 to tint my car. Anyone seen any kits for sell?

consistently around $1,000 is the norm for bumper, mirrors, and gills. the lower bumper is the most expensive by quite a lot.

you could get your bumper repainted or possibly even buy a new one for around the same price, but what are you going to do in another 2 years when it needs replacing or repainting again? clear bra is a permanent solution.

Well, I've been able to secure a Xpel kit that will cover my hood, fenders, mirrors, grille, lower bumper and they're going to toss in some extra material to cover my Razzi lip which will be a cut to fit and install, all for $349. My tint guy said he'll install it for me so I think I'm going to come out ahead of the game. Fortunately I have no chips and seeing the video on how Xpel heals itself from scratches and all
,

its the way to go which I knew all along. I just couldn't afford to give up my sons next unborn which came on this past Wednesday and I'm fixed so no more apples will fall from this tree. LOL
I'll close my deal next Wednesday and have it a short time later and wait for my guy to install when we get some good weather since the car is parked for the winter.

That price is way high. I install these for a living and you should be getting the full bumper, partial hood, partial fenders, lights, and mirrors anywhere between $600-$850 depending on the film used and the quality of the installer. Anything less and the installer is probably really bad and anything more you are getting ripped off. Gills should be about $75 and are the most important part of the car as they take the most damage.
