Confused About ******** Wiring

I have read a lot of the threads about wiring in the ******** harnesses and I'm just more confused now. Can someone please tell me what I need based on my plan.

I am keeping the head unit for now. I plan to replace it when the 2013 double din face plate becomes available.
I will replace the front speakers and eliminate the rear 6 x9s.
I will add 2 amplifiers, a multichannel front amp and a mono sub amp. Total power will be ~2500 watts.

I think I need the 6 1/2" Door adapters, 1 pair of the speaker wire adapters, the fark kit, and a sub enclosure.

I was planning on going with 2 10" subs, running at 1200w RMS. For those of you that have experience, are these enclosures strong enough for this? I would just like some user feedback. Thanks for your help.

You pretty much got it. Never heard of an enclosure not being strong enough before. ********'s enclosures are expensive, but they appear to be very well made. I don't have one though.

Of course you will need power/ground/remote/speaker wire for the amps also. And fuses. And patch cables. Since you are running multiple amps, you may want to make sure your multi-channel amp has outputs - and get a distribution block for your power and ground cables.

I'd also keep the factory 6x9's if you don't plan to replace them. Unless of course you prefer the sound without them, but you don't have to eliminate them. They will run fine off the FARK, you can just use the crossover on the amp.
