I have been nothing but patient with you and its gone way to far. I payed you for a service and you were never able to get the car running properly. I RACE MY CAR REALLY????? Cause that sounds like the best thing to do with my 22" rims? Cause that takes a genius to find out that my rear end would probably go on the first pass i ever tried to race my car. I'm 28 years old and a Law enforcement officer for the military. Trust me my career is way more important then to go looking around for a street race. You can keep trying to point your finger at me for the problems with your kit but that's not going to get you anywhere. Everyone on this site has seen nothing but problems from YOU and your company HPS. Theres a few more that havent spoken out yet because you still owe them parts and they are afraid of not getting them. But don't worry, they will speak out eventually and everyone will continue to see what kind of business you are running.

The funny thing is since I am a sponsor on here that every issue a member post up must be true and the customer is always right.
I guess you forgot about our conversation when you were going to be racing a dodge viper asking me if you could out run it??

So rather me come and look at it, you feel it necessary to start a thread on here saying your car will not start. Before I got home you had this thread started. I have done everything I can to fix your issue. Your slow starting issue is RANDOM!! If it dosnt happen while I have your car I cannot fix it! Everyone that has been buy the shop to look at your car when I showed off the turbo kit to them and STARTED THE CAR UP for them, there was NO STARTUP ISSUE! Everyone that knows me, knows we take care of any issues any customers have, however the symptons have to be present for me to fix them.

Chris

Instead of you turning around I TOOK THE CAR TO YOU. All of this has already been talked about in the first 2 pages of why i did that. The issue was present when i was there standing next to you at your shop, so how does it just disappear when im not there and my car is?? There are previos posts on you THAT YOU EVEN SAY THE ISSUE DID HAPPEN BUT ONLY HAPPENS RANDOMLY!! How does it go from happening randomly to not happening at all? You have not done everything you can to fix my issue. YOU FAILED TO DO SO

He will end up out of business if all this nonsense keep up, too many people with issue not getting resolved.

So I guess the customer is always correct, and the vendor is always wrong. Sorry, but not in my book.

I already said he has a slow startup issue, but thats it. Everything else is fine. The only finger I am pointing is the truth finger and he dosnt want to take credit for his words. You guys are to quick to jump on the band wagon of diecrediting sponsors. Sure we have had a slow time of getting parts out with our kits, but they are getting them.

You brought the car to us , so quit complaining that you drove here twice, when you did not have to! When I drove your car for a week without any slow startup issue, and even when you picked it up my tech started up the car and there was no issue. I wish I could tell you why it is only random, but it is. It dosnt mean I failed at anything. The problem wasnt there for me to fix. If it was I would of fixed it.

Thats what happens when you invest your time and money in a crappy @"" tuner who cant figure out how to fix a delayed start. its obviously a problem and not normal. Im thrilled you decided to chime in today and just reassure everyone how crappy your services were. Ill let the Pros like Ted, vengeance, tork, and the many others handle my car from now on. Your obviously still part of the little league tuners that needs to grow up and actually learn how to do his job

Call Ted at JRE, order a SCT, send him some logs, upload tune to your car and enjoy it. No need to keep the pissing match going. It seems that the vendor failed you, time to move on so you have fun with it.

FYI - I am running a single front turbo and had Ted do a custom remote tune and could not be happier. Also his customer service can not be beat!

Just my 2 cents.

The funny thing is, the "PRO's" you so listed , I have fixed alot of there tunes as well. The fact is I have to have the issue occur for me to fix it. I cannot magicly fix something if the problem dosnt arrise. I am done with this. Have a wonderfull day.

Unsure if that is the real issue, but no local shops had the wires i'm using at the moment in stock. So I had to order upgraded wires. Which will hopefully be in soon this week.
