No I just needed to actually put a tune in the trans controller. We kept lowering it last time at Indy because we thought it was in the trans controller. So I never bumped it back up. With the Opti-Shift we have found that setting shift points 650-700RPM below actual shift desired works well.

Jaime, woohoo, second pass today I went 197.8 mph, no giggle gas, motor and turbos... Ran like a bat out of hell... Going for the gusto tomorrow...

205.7 is the fastest I've found anywhere for a 5th Gen... I hope to go a lot faster... I was pedaling the hell out of first and second... Went 166 at the half mile... Covered the second half in about 8 seconds...

Bill, thanks brother... We did good, and I was probably at 210 + when the LS3 heads decided they had enough... Lost a head gasket and all the coolant at about the 7/8 marker... And still rolled through the traps at 197.0... Life goes on... We have a set of LSA heads at the machine shop being ported... We'll install those and be good to go again in a few weeks...
