17750 has been the highest VIN since Friday. I believe the 198 you added filled in some gaps below this VIN?

I don't believe there's a definitive answer. My car got built on the 11th. Another car that was 4 numbers higher in the sequence than mine (17352 vs 17348) showed up on the 14th and they're both going to the same state. Mine didn't show up until today (...but it is finally there).

I believe it's tied to the availability of the car in the GM sticker site. I tried manually entering mine yesterday and it wouldn't work, but today it does and the spasticsquirrel database picked it up.
