The issue with just doing a panel swap and not blending into the door and even the hood is that you can in many cases tell that it has been damaged, replaced or re-painted due to variances in either the color, and yes I know your car is black, but also the texture of the paint can be different. Blending will actually hide that 99% of the time. Just make sure they mask the door & hood jams really well to keep any over spray from settling in those areas.
