That actually DID happen. One guy seen in the photos was suspected and he ended up going to the police right after he found out to clear his name.

unfortunately, I was not at the hospital, while he was writing his responses to the authorities. From your perspective, it sounds like you would have had to watch the whole thing with your own eyes, before you believe anything. If you see his writing, would you believe it? what if they post up the notepad and the writing on it, would you believe it then? if so, then I could just turn around and say it was all forged. how does it make any sense for anyone, media, government official, doctor, anyone, to say that the bomber said his brother was the lead in the whole thing? how does that help anyone? if they were going to lie, why not just say he planned the whole thing?

Jordan23, none of the folks on this forum are either the defense attorneys or prosecuting attorneys associated with the upcoming trial.

Until the trial is concluded, only the attorneys and law enforcement are going to be privy to ALL of the evidence. Once the trial is under way, the evidence will be freely available for everyone to view and pour over once it becomes public record.

Until such time that it is public record, all anyone can do is speculate.

While I agree that innocence until proven guilty is a staple of the American justice system, that doesn't mean we (the folks completely outside of this specific trial) are all required to refrain from opinion until the trial is complete.

I am not the justice system, and as such, I am not required to show you squat. Everything posted here is an opinion. If you want us to prove you wrong, you're barking up the wrong tree. We don't have to prove anything to you. If you want to believe he's innocent until you see evidence to the contrary, then you are free and welcome to hold that stance. But don't think that you're going to find anything substantial on a forum dedicated to a friggin car.

If this is the case then the American Revolution never happened, the War of 1812 never happened, World Wars I/II never happened, so on and so forth. Pictures of the naked guy were faked. Anyone with knowledge of Photoshop and a porn collection can make a photo of a naked guy. Not evidence.
