Lighter wheels are noticeable. For every pound of unsprung weight you get rid of, its like 6-7 pounds of sprung weight, ( like out of the trunk, or passenger compartment, etc). Going from big 20's and tires to lighter 18's and tires is like losing 3-400 pounds out of the car. Just trading from the 18" steel LS wheels to stock or aftermarket 18" will do this for you, those things are boat anchors
