The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my next
Track fix.

A quarter box that does not seal against the underside of the hood, non-ceramic intake tube, and no real customer value for a mere $300?! WHAT A STEAL!

Oh wait nevermind. It's not. I'll stick with my CAI, Inc., thank you very much. >_<

This looks like the CAI but without the air box.

What supports the filter end in the car? Any pictures on an actual car?

As usual CAI fanboys reign supreme.. That said, while it may not be the favorite design there's not much difference across cold air intakes..

All the experts are out on this thread...likely the same crowd saying the z/28 intake isn't any good....1 test doesn't prove a thing to me. ..it's funny how nobody has done track testing to compare any of the cheaper mods to the more expensive. Not just CAI ..but headers...throttle bodies etc.
