I was wondering if anybody else has had alignment issues or the car pulling to one side?

Just get an alignment done, and make sure to find someone that actually knows what they're doing. I went through hell trying to find someone good to fix it locally.

Depends on your dealership, mine is a full aftermarket suspension so I didn't want to hand it off to the dealership.. But at least they warranty their work, and if anything doesn't seem right afterwards they might give you less hassle (you'd think)..

I'd take it to a reputable alignment place. Factory alignment specs have too much of an acceptable range for each value, IMO. Here's a thread that may help you choose which alignment specs you want based on driving. Suspension companies have chimed in with their expertise:

Go to several places, ask them how old their alignment machine is. Don't let them align with an old machine.

whatever you did to lower you may need the camber bolts installed with a new alignment

Any time you lower a car you need to have an alignment done.

I would talk to BMR if I were you, they sell new rear lower control arms for lowered vehicles that also require new toe links...... http://www.bmrsuspension.com/?page=p...7&maincatid=77 Not knowing how much it was lowered or whose springs were used..... and yes you would have to have a realignment when lowering a car to get the camber right...... And if you want to improve the suspension any more they would be the most extensive manufacturer of suspension parts now most likely for our Camaros.
