Like I mentioned in your other thread, if you were only at 420rwhp your tune was probably in the low octane timing map.

Most likely the case. I just dropped off my car at ADM and the baseline was 420 as well. Bad gas most likely. Hoping for 600 RWHP when they are done :-)

I did add the upgrade coolant recovery tank in addition to the 630 upgrade. My cost was about $3500 total for 50hp increase versus $10k for 120hp. I maintained my original engine assembly with my $ going for supercharger and cooling upgrades.
The Lingenfelter group will be shooting for 82% of upgrade to the rear wheels. My upgrade should have netted 41 rwhp. I was surprised to fine the before dyno run showed only 420 rwhp from the stated 580 at the flywheel. Normal loss of 18% would have meant 475 rwhp. No idea where 55 rwhp went but the good news is that after dyno run showed an increase of 92 rwhp or 512 rwhp total. So the upgrade not only increased my rwhp by 42 but also corrected the factory tune by another 50 rwhp. I'm so glad I chose to have this upgrade done and corrected the error from the factory.
So final dyno shows 512 rwhp and 513 torque. Based on the 630 hp/torque goal reduced by 18% loss in driveline, my car should be 517 rwhp/torgue so I'm happy at what looks like a loss of 19% to the driveline.
I'm old enough to have driven some of the original muscle cars in the 60's and I can now say my ZL-1 feels like my cars did back in the day. I can stab it and break the tires loose with the rear swinging back and forth and the nose in the air. I now tell my fellow ZL-1 owners, get a tune on your ride even if you don't mod it but to assure your getting all your bang for the buck.
Auto or manual?

If your dealer goes through Lingenfelter they will customize any upgrade package any way you like. If you call Lingenfelter directly and talk to a rep they will let you know what all the options are. I kind of think that in your climate the Supercharger would have less heat issues if you used the Heartbeat blower and you may want to ask them about the stewart EMP water pump for the supercharger. Heartbeat is a pretty good jump in cost but the EMP pump would help whatever blower you have.

Lingenfelter is top notch with everything.

that was my question too, as I hear the auto's are rated quite a bit less in Hp. A good tune really does recover so much wasted engine power. I found that even though my upgrades should have killed my fuel mileage, the excellent tune I got from FSP, balanced it back out. I am getting an 15 mpg average. 2.55 upper pulley, id850, br7ef plugs, d3 reservoir, and dyno tuned. 530 rwhp

Not planning to get headers as it would make the car a lot more noisy.
Is there any back pressure issue with not having heders. Do u think that i
should go for a cat delete?
Want the car to be powerful without attracting unwanted attention.
The car as such is a magnet dont want to make it more NUTZZZ

That just seems low even for an auto.

Not necessarily. Depends on the size of the upper pulley and that is a pretty modest list of mods. If it's an auto that means he probably gained anywhere from 70-90 hp. Would probably see a pretty nice gain if he let the engine breath with some headers too.

My car is an automatic. I seem to remember through the years 15% was the accepted slippage in the torque converter. So with 580 hp being the flywheel estimate, when new, the ball park rwhp should be 493. Now we know the driveline gives up more than just tranny slippage so 475 seems to me to be very good estimate if the ECM is in 93 octane mode.

LPE tuner asked me if I wanted it tuned for 91 or 93 and I went with 93. Also my car had 35 miles on it when I bought it from the dealer. No idea what gas was in the tank initially. Also, I bought it during cold weather so I immediately shipped it to SW Florida and spent the winter down there breaking it in. Florida has the worst gas, I have found over the years all the vehicles I have taken to Florida have gotten their worst mpg while down there.
