There really weren't install instructions. There was just a small paper with a URL on it. At the request of ********, I will not share that URL. The URL only shows how to get the box into the trunk, It doesn't tell you how to install amp / sub. I suggest you contact ******** to request the URL.

Honestly, I just ran a wire from Amp to where the battery is grounded to.

Sorry to revive an old thread but I will be installing this stealth enclosure with amp this weekend. I too got no instructions. My only question is do I even need the side carpet? Looks like you can't even see it once the sub is installed?
I would prefer not to cut it but if thats what I need to do for the best install then so be it.

I cut mine to allow the box to be as far back as possible but I've seen other people not cut it as well. If you're worried about it you can get a replacement side carpet if you ever take the box out.

You have to remove the carpet to cut it. Might as well see if you like how the enclosure looks in place without the carpet. If you don't like how it looks with the visible bare metal, then cut the carpet.
You reinstall the ends and leave out the middle section.

I simply cut mine in half.

And in case you should ever want to replace it (after removing the sub): GM part number for the left side carpet is 92219062
