How long ago did you have motor replaced? and why? maybe something is not tightened up correct from when they worked on it? Hopefully it's nothing major, good luck.

It would be his SECOND motor if this one is blown. He has already been without the car the first time for 44 days. If the same thing has happened again, it would be 88 days without his NEW car. I would be a bit jumpy here too.

One thing is for sure, it does not take 44 days to rebuild a motor. Even if parts are hard to get.

Didn't you get the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty bumper to bumper with your car?

If I was you, I wouldn't be modding anything with this car for awhile. Your a perfect candidate for them to avoid warranty work.

It all depends, we've seen it take over a year to get parts and GM isn't exactly in the greatest of financial situations so they don't have an excessive of parts on the shelf.. guaranteed

I cant tell where its coming from in the pics, but an oil leak is not a blown engine..LOL

It obviously needs to be looked at, lemon law is 3 strikes for the same thing isn't it?.... and a bit of history: wasn't it enacted due to the K-car...LOL
