With a 160, mine runs around 180-190 in stop and go traffic..180 cruising. My fans are set to come on at 190..Just get your tuner to reset fans after putting a 160 in..

I am going to swap to a 160* with the Supercharger and the AZ Heat. I constantly run at 205* during the summer with the headers. I am probably doing more damage running hotter than I would running it colder.

With the 160 T-stat in, Im running around the 180s idling or in traffic, low 170s/high 160s if Im moving.
