This is not an issue at all. Just recalibrate the TPMS sensors as stated in the manual. Calibration routine sets which TPMS is in which wheel.

I am currently using ADM Performance spacers and I've also used H & R. Never had any issues with either.

Eibachs. You can get them from numerous online retailers. They fit nice and tight.

If anybody wants to go this route....

I have a complete set. 11" rears and 9" fronts. Had them widened by Weldcraft. Selling all 4 and spacers for less than I paid Weldcraft to widen the rears. Shoot me an IM if interested.

FYI for anyone else looking to get their wheels widened, Wheels America in Dallas is no longer offering the service. The noob on the phone couldn't tell me why.
It looks like these folks may still offer it:

www.ericvaughnmachine.com
Northern California

http://www.greensautomotive.com/en/c...fications.html
Richmond, BC for those of you in Canada

http://www.weldcraftwheels.com/
Michigan - quoted me $275/wheel to widen 1.5"

I have a machine shop. We widened a set of aluminum wheels for a guy who has one of those first Hummer pickups. It was a cast aluminum wheel. We rolled 1/2 ×2 3/4 wide aluminum flatbar and widened his wheel by 2 1/2 inches. It was a real bitch to get them welded up with no pin holes. There done and on ,but I don't want to see another set for a while. Steel would have been much easier.

I recently had my rears widened 1.5" and went to do an initial fitting. With a 20mm Eibach spacer, I put my STOCK wheel on just to see if I'd need to cut the lugs to get the wheel face to fit flush with the hub, and sure enough, it was not flush. I didn't measure, but I'd say it was very slight, maybe 5mm or so.

So I promptly grabbed a HF sawzall and the cheapest, softest bi-metal blades I could find to attack them with, because I'm a dumbass. Using that and a small handheld hacksaw to give the saw a gap to bite into without skittering all over the threads, I got them all shortened about 10mm in about an hour and a half.

Cutting the lugs is no big deal really. It's pretty stout steel but it can be cut. It's just tricky to get a big sawzall in there. You're cutting off such a small amount of the lug, you don't even touch the actual threads. The lugs have a domed face to ease wheel fitment, nd this round face continues to the shaft. The real threads don't even really start until a little further. So you don't have to worry about running a nut down the lug, doing your cutting, and backing off the nut to reshape the threads.

I took a file to the ends of the lugs to round off the sharp edges, but you wouldn't even really have to do that. Should've used a small air grinder now that I think about it.

I'm still scraping together the dough to refinish my widened wheels before I nab some tires, so it might be a couple months before I get everything fitted. I'll post some pics when I do.

I finally got everything done. This was done with an extra set of stock 9" rears that were widened to 10.5". Used a 20mm spacer back there as well, and moved the rears up to the front. The rears are running 315/35 Invos, and the fronts are 275/35 P-Zeros. Powdercoated a satin bronze. Overall the stance is far and away better than stock. However I think I may want to space the fronts maybe 10mm. They're still a bit to far inboard to my eye. What do ya'll think?
