Leather interior options?

I'm new to the site, so I need a little help with some information regarding the leather interiors.

I'm planning on getting a 2LT, and I really like the orange. But I saw something mentioned about an orange leather interior? What exactly is this, and are there any pics of what it looks like?

Is orange the only color, or can you get blue, red, etc depending on which exterior color you choose?

The Inferno Orange Accent Trim Package (RPO code W1H) is a $500 option and available with some exterior colors and only on the 2LT and 2SS trim lines. why does the orange leather look red?

Trick of the light, as well as computer screens messing with the images.
You can take it from those who saw it in person (like me): The interior is very orange.

okay so basically the difference between this light two tone interior and the orange interior is color difference. Can someone explain why the orange is a 500 dollar option? Clearly the light color has all of the same stitching as the orange... so whats the cost difference to make?

Dang, that IS orange!!! It hurts my eyes a little.

There was red in the material...but I thought the general consensus was that it was "more orange than red"? Or am I completely out of the loop?


(as opposed to the paint Inferno Orange, which is more red than orange)

I imagine it's due to three reasons:

1: They must have decided that not enough people would choose an orange interior to justify its costs as a regular interior, so they made it a leather-only extra option...which costs $$.

2: The Orange interior includes orange ambient lighting. The tan, gray, and black interiors all use blue.

3: minor; the orange interior has exclusive orange stitching, the others all use standard white.

Im hoping in the future model years, you'll be able to get at least the leather trim in the same color as your exterior, and hopefully the interior door panels the same way.

Not from the pictures I have seen (I am assuming you are referring to the black leather).

So there's no pictures of the actual orange interior?

Well I think there is only the interior accent package, which is shown in aston70's pictures. If you order that on the LT, I think the only difference is the lack of the SS embroidery on the headrests.
