After metra kit install my fan does not work

So my stereo was installed in a rush to make it to CF2 but my fan does not work - thus no heat when I left Vancouver and no AC in Pheonix. When I change the fan speed or temp the details on the top screen change but neither the fan comes on nor do the seat warmers. The emergency markers DO come on.

Does this suggest that the there is a plug not connected?

There is a pink wire from the back side of the face plate that needs to be connected to the pink wire on the interface. Mine did the same thing. The temp reading was always 70 and the ac and fan wouldn't work. So I'd be willing to be that's your problem.
