Is this normal

I have had my car with lt headers, CAI, full catback system, and a tune for about 3000 miles and I never had the check engine light come up and today it finally came it is is the P1153. Is it normal for it to come up after it was tuned out?

canned tune is from the hand held programmer. Since you dynoed your car not canned tune. You should be able to get the cel turned off if it is rear O2 sensor, if it is anything else get it fixed not just turned off.
