Should I pull the trigger
I live in the LA area and went ot the valley to one of the biggest GM dealerships, (3 Chevy sites, 2 or 3 /Buick sites, 4 GMC sites et al.) so they arn't going to be closed. They had a low end 6 cylinder as a look at and test drive car but not sale at the site I went to. Took if for short drvie. Very fun.
Anyway here's the deal. Can order a RS SS fully loaded at MSRP. and pay a$500 refundable deposit (refundability is well documented). The car will not be available, they think, until Feb. 2010, that' the downside. However, I am not in a hurry transportation wise. I have two perfectly good cars though I'd love to pick up a Camaro today. Also, they will put me in the queue in the event somebody bails and they have something I might want. Any reason not to sign up? They also had a Callaway Vette for only 90K. What a beautiful machine. |
