no, it's of the iver on a 2 land road moving.

I'm willing to bet those pics appear on several other sites

One of two things... and if you read between the lines you can pretty much figure out why (at least I think so).

Well, I'm sure that for whatever reason, it didn't matter too much. We've seen a lot of similar photos before because these didn't show us anything new. They were just a dirty IVER, so no biggie. It didn't even have the big brakes on them, so it's no loss.
