Cant find black rims with red lip?
I have only looked on the tirerack site but I cant find any rims in 19' or 20'. Anyone have ideas for other sites. I am looking to spend like $1,000ish

You will probably not find them. Custom paint on wheels might be the only way and $1,000ish EACH would do it.

If he wants a red ring around the edge, he can get probably any wheel he wants and just add that on...cheap probably.

If I remember correctly the Boss 338 can be bought like that. Not 100 percent sure if they fit the camaro. Just like the 442 above with diff spokes.

The Boss 339 is black with red lip and does fit with Brembos and I love the way they look on my ride. $900.00 with shipping.

These are around 1500 and paint would be around 100 a wheel (for the red). Not sure about the powdercoating of the whole wheel but I am sure they would consider it. It is a little over what your looking to spend.
