Actually, it's not the same but the concept is telling me that it should work fine.

I tried to connect a diode from the low beam fuse to the fog light fuse and no go. In theory, it should work fine. I should try to connect a wire to give them both constant power but I'm really not a fan of DRL's to begin with.

What I'd really like to do is to disable the auto headlight sensor, just like I did on all my trucks.

I think a hundred dollar harness is kinda ridiculous when the same thing can be achieved through use of a diode.

Destroyer, I tried that as well. On the HID fuse, there's 4 pins. On our old trucks, the 85 pin was the ticket to jumping it with a diode.

Which pin did you use?

I tried all the pins but none of them retained the DRL's with the low beams. Maybe the diodes were too short, I dont know.

i did it just like my picture above same pins make sure you have a good connection at both ends
but extended use is making my dioeds over heat
I am trying to track down a good dioed to use safely
as soon as i do i'll let you guys know what to use

How about an rs how do you make the fog light turn on at the same time as the headlight?
