I almost got one of these on my 87 IROC, they use to have them in all the Hot Rod Mags. The rear sorta reminded me of a Vette back window and it looked nicer than a louver too.

Hatch is interesting, I kinda like it.

The "rollin' hard" pose is a bit much.

not a fan of the rear hatch or the wing and the exhaust sticks out too far and looks tunerish but it is definitely a clean car. cowl hood looks good for sure

Random question - is that the notchback hatch that hawks sells? I was considering getting it for my 86 (when I still had it) but didn't know for sure how it would look.

Clean Car...could use a touch of color...I wouldn't have been happy with the mismatch on the original spoiler

Is it just the photos or is it a very shoty paint job? It looks like overspray in wheel wells and on exhaust system. Not crazy about hatch but to each is own.

Looks gaudy. Almost to the point of ricer-ish with tacky bolt-on body parts. The paint looks like it's full of orange peel. Not my cup of tea at all. I normally wouldn't post negative things like this, but the 2 cocky pictures of you make me think that you think your car is bad-ass ( it's not BTW).

Needed some finishing work, body panel alignment and emblems, fix the overspray. Nice overall just don't like the spoiler on spoiler action, one or the other. JMO

So for it looks good but I gotta agree with the others on a few things, it would look 100 times better if you got rid of the extra spoiler, sprayed black in the wheel wells & underneath, shorten the exhaust to be flush with the bumper...now about the hatch I could live with!

In response to the title of this thread, I'm going with "Thank God".

And,if I may say so, looks a whole lot like an RS with Z28 badges.

I appreciate all you comments even the negative ones. Blunt honesty is always better than fakeness. A couple of things, first off the camaro is gone. I had an accedent and the rear of the car was damaged pretty bad. I ended up buying a jeep. About the cocky picture..lol aggree the pose was completly stupid but it was a photo intended as a joke. However it was one of the only few pictures I had left of the car. When I had the car I was 20yo and had very little money so YES the paint job was very crappy not Macco but probably worse (big mistake). Oh and it was not an RS this was an IROC body with a 5.7L LS1. I now own an RS 5.0 and I have more money so this time I am planing on doing it right. About the hatch I liked it because it was original to this day I have not seen another one like it in the street or even on the net. Double spoiler is kinda ricerish however I still think it maintained a large part of the Muscle look.
