Is the gray insert in the headrest going to be standard with the black leather? If so, I believe that will give enough contrast going with the door panels and dash strip. CGM and black leather for me.

Did anyone see this car up close?

I ordered black and they both look good, I'm just curious which I'm getting.
Ambient lighting comes with leather which explains the 1st and 3rd, but the middle has leather also without painted inserts????
The middle photo is from the car that was on display at the State Fair in Texas recently. The dash/door trim panels were most definitely NOT plastic. If I remember correctly, they are/were still working on the lighting trim pieces at that time.

While yes it looks cool... it will certainly heat the entire interior to oven like temps here in Arizona.. black as an interior is just not practical for me.. Beige it will be.

I guess in your situation it makes sense...I've been to Phoenix a couple times and holy crap it's hot there. Also, I wouldn't turn down a Ferrari just because it had beige interior.

Does anybody knows where can I find interior shots with black cloth seats?
The cloth interiors I seen so far have a grayish look. Is that the way a "black cloth" is supposed to look? Help me out as I am deciding to maybe upgrade my order from 1SS to 2SS. Thanks.

This is a big reason I went to 2SS from 1SS...the only photos of the cloth interior really looked bad. If that's the final product then there is no way I could've lived with it...I better be happy with everything on this car or I am going to hate signing those checks every month.

I hear ya. The cloth seats look unfinished so far and in my opinion I can see the "cheapness" on a 30K plus car. The leather seats look darn nice. I wish 1SS could have leather seats as an option.:(

The pictures of the cloth seats were in 200,000+ miles IVER car. Meaning it was thoroughly unfinished.

The white ballance in the first picture is a little high. The other two are more ballanced. That's what's giving the effect of a painted gray interior instead of the natural black.

Those are all black. Titanium grey as offered on the Corvettes is a VERY light grey.

I can't believe so many people think the first and third photos are black interior. Second photo, definately black. Look again at the first photo, now look at the passenger side door, now look at the arm rest on that door. It is black, if it's not black, it is definately darker, which would mean the rest of the door cannot be black. My money says the rest of the door is gray, just like the seats. It looks identical to the interior of my Colorado. GRAY. Looks like a pretty acurately colored photo to me. I have done a bit of photography myself. I'm sure many of us have.

The mirror is red, the trees are green, the buttons on the steering wheel are black. What, were they exempt from the light that you say makes everything else in the car look gray?

Maybe someone can photoshop the black one to look gray. See what that looks like..

...I, as well as a few others, was actually next to those cars. So I can tell you with 100% conviction that even in the bright sunlight of Indianapolis: they're ALL (the photos above) black interiors. What you're describing in the first picture is shadows cast by light from above...look at the bottom of the door where it falls behind the seat cushion. Same effect as the armrest...
