The numbers generally presented by manufacturers are the peak numbers, which in this video are clearly seen as 17-18 hp which is in line with everyone else. I'm not sure what a stock manifold weighs, but the headers is 35lbs.

I think it was a mistake by the people who did the website for BBK. It was posted several months ago and I didn't see it when I went to it yesterday. It showed the 33 as being at peak with it producing 288 RWHP.
