Fried Wiring

Well, I've got a new one. At least it didn't have to do with my own stupidity this time!

Anyway, a clip on the back of my motor broke and the wiring harness against the block fell against my header (pic attached). It burned about halfway though before I noticed. It started throwing the check engine light. This is the harness on the passenger side at the back cylinder on the inside of the header. It runs all the way back into all the transmission sensors. My question is,..is there any option other than taking this in and replacing all the sensor wiring on the car? It appears that all other sensors wire into this loom. I'm 90% sure there isn't, but don't want to pay the absurd amount of $$$ to totally rewire the car.

A competent shop could repair that damage easily. A problem that might crop up is that something has shorted the circuit to ground and that could be bad news for the computer.
