And my post was stupid?
You said that was dry, and implied once you add all the fluids it'll weigh as much as a Challenger...Gator was challenging that, and I have to agree with him. Where'd you get that from?

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/wiki.p...lt:CAMARO+WIKI

All manufactures claim their weights dry, always have. 1 gallon of gas weighs about 6.5 lbs x however many gallons the camaro holds. I also seriously doubt they claim the weight from the loaded model with all the extra options. Notice at the bottom of the spec sheet the 1SS and 2SS are the same weight? BS. Yea the camaro will probably weigh alittle less but it aint the huge diffrence everyones saying.

Truth is we will all have to wait and see, its factually unknown till someone gets a hold of one and puts it on a scale.

That was kinda my point...if you're intend on adding a bunch of fluids to the Camaro, then add them to the Challenger, too...same difference in weight. So I guess I don't get the point you're trying to make.

Then, for my part, there's this:

Why do I have to tell you guys anything! You got fingers, their are other sites out there to look at and get information for yourself.

Here I will make it easy to understand:

Hippo= Camaro
Elephant=Challenger

Hippo goes up to elephant and says," man you are fat and slow and also arent very agile".

Does that make any better sense?

No...it sounds like you're skirting the issue to be quite honest.
But I can't think of anything more to add, so............

try alot less, last time i checked the challenger weighs in at like 4700 pounds, and the camaro *shouldn't* be over 3500
