I agree, I have no cats LT headers and passed with out a problem using HPTuners by setting the emissions to no error reporting.

Thanks.. It appears that a lot more things can be tweaked with the HP tuners vs. the hand held SCT tuner.

Yes...........hundreds more parameters can be tuned.

I've passed emissions in TN with longtubes, no rear O2 sensors, heads, cam, supercharger, and a 2 bar speed density tune. I'm no tuner, but I do know it can be done.

Nice to hear!!.. I knew there had to be away because the manufactures sell way too many parts for there not to be a workaround.

Not true, in fact it is the other way around.

There is a lot more to it than just switching a couple codes, these new computers are smarter than that.

Well as Ted suggested I installed the anti foulers on the vehicle last night which was very simple and took less than 5 minutes to install them. I had NAPA to drill them out for me and all I had to do was just the install. They basically are 02 adapters that allow the 02 sensors to be moved further out of the exhaust stream. I also installed the revised tune that Ted sent and hopefully this will do the trick so I can get through emissions by the end of the week.
