what is a good blower cam?

I am working on a 2010 ls3, I have installed a Vortec v3 trim supercharger, a Kenne Bell boost-a-pump, JBA long tube headers with Corsa full exaust and a APC methanol kit. My question is what would be a good blower cam for this set up? I also will be doing a larger throttle body, intake and valve springs at the same time. (any ideas on these parts would be helpfull as well). Thanks in advance for any tips.

Jannetty Racing sells a solid blower cam. AND when you buy a part from them Ted will tune your car for free.

I've got Ted's blower cam and love the mid-high range power it creates. Idle sounds mean as well :-)

I have that cam also, but it is not a solid cam, it's a hydraulic roller cam. It is a great cam and sounds great too.

I used a Livernois stage 2B blower cam. It worked great with my Maggie set up.

My Lingenfelter GT-9 works for my centrifugal build.

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?p=4411948

I like it because it is a bit unconventional with a wide LSA that gives great idle and around-town driving characteristics. And it's already proven itself (to me) at the track when I was NA, and once I hit the track with the ProCharger, I'm sure it will shine.

Ted, which of your cams make more power with let's say 7-8#s. Rough idle or the other.

It depends on Which Blower they are coupled with, they are very close.

The Short runner intake Blowers work better with the Smooth Idle.

The Long Runner or stock intake blowers work better with the Rough Idle.

Short runner;
Maggie
Whipple
KB
Lysholm

Long Runner;
Edelbrock
Vortech
Paxton
Procharger

Guys will give up just a few for the Idle which is understandable, the Rough Idle Cam Does have a Certain Cool Factor

Ted.
