Angry Best way to fix this.

Earlier today I was turning in to swap my card to get inside my apartment complex when I heard a very horrible noise coming from the front drivers side. I knew that I had hit the curb. So I was wondering what is the easy way to get the off. I've tried looking around but most of the results say buy new ones, So I thought I would ask just to make sure.

Google Wheel Repair or Wheel Resurfacing for your area or buy a used wheel from someone here on C5.

You can't get that off....that's classic curb rash!!! You essentially ground into the metal material of the wheel. There is no "cheap" way to fix this....just buy a used wheel from someone as previously posted.

Oh man that sucks! It does look a bit deep to repair but have you checked with anyone local that does wheel repairs?

Hopefully you find a new wheel to replace it!

There are companies that fix curb rash. I had one rim done. It wasn't cheap $150. Out here in California they have a Mobil service. They pull up in a truck with a trailer. Take the tire off deflate it,pop it off the bead and sand it down, repaint reclear it and reinflate the tire. Why it cost so much is that the paint on the stock rims is expensive.

This guy was just curious. Doesn't hurt to ask.

Try these guys. They have franchises everywhere and many work with local dealerships. Had my curb rash repaired with a lifetime warranty for just over $100.
