I'm still using stock plugs on mine. When should they be changed though. I guess I never really thought about it because my car has been running so good.

When you use Nitrous (depending on the size of the shot), higher compression (depending on the compression) and boost (depending on the boost)
But if your just cammed then I really don't see needing to go to a colder plug.

Just a random thought. If he was, he would end up resetting the pcm, which if his tune is rich, might run a bit crisper and leaner... Maybe.
I would think that stock heat range plugs wouldn't be a huge deal, but I wonder if your car is tuned for 91 and not that Torco you might be running slower because of the octane. I've already proved with my own car that running Torco with stock timing made my car a tenth slower at the track, just my own experience.
