Done it one time on a '11 LS3 and getting ready to do it again, live in a small town with crap gas for normal cars only. Never seen the SES light come on.
Does anyone know at what octane the high octane fuel table would start at? is it around 90 or more like 91-93? I have read lots of posts but none were clear on the actual octane ratings for each fuel table. |

When I did my fuse pull on my LS3 I disconnected my battery as well. Read in the main fuse pull thread that allot of people with the LS3 were doing this. Runs better and gets better MPG

Can anyone confirm if the fuse pull process is the same on 2012 (LS3) as 2010-2011 LS3??

Yo
Hey let me know if you guys in the 2012 camaro ls3 do it. If you do let me know if you notice anything. Haven't got the car yet and I already told the dealer not to put gas in it but people are telling me to do the fuse pull anyway since it don't hurt. Let me know. Thanks

OP...CEL should have nothing to do with the fuse pull. What mods do you have? If it's stock I'd have the dealer look at it or hook it up to an OBD code reader. I know the fuse pull is done for low grade gas generally but is that why you did it or was the car just not running right? Need more info...
