muffler delete leads to popping sound?
I just did the muffler delete, and when the engine is revving down it begins to pop. is this normal, or did it do the delete incorrectly? What can be done to fix this, other than putting the muffler back on?

it can be "tuned" out but i LOVE it! would not change it for nothing....

The oem mufflers do the same you just cant hear it as much, a proper tune on a car will drastically reduce this popping sound, but it will most likely always be present and the aftermarket exhaust or mufflers just make it more noticeable.

It made the popping sound before the cut the mufflers off, you just didn't notice it due to being so quiet.

You'll get use to it. SO MUCH better then OEM mufflers. Awesome in fact !!!

Long tube headers and HF cats will get rid of all popping and make it sound so awesome. Here is a video on youtube of someone with a similar setup you have but with the headers. Too bad he sucks at revving it up but you get the idea.

I guess you guys never heard a 63-67 Vette with side pipes? now that's a sound!
I have a 66 B-body 2 door 427-425 4 speed with Flowmasters Now that's a sound... my 2010 sounds like piece of sh--
