My Permagrin has returned!

I finally, after 3 long months, had a chance and good weather to unwrap Big Red and go for a spirited romp around town! My Winter permafrown is now turned upside down! With the addition of the CNC ported throttle body and ADM air scoop over the Winter I have renewed excitment every time I floor it! Let the Permagrin begin!! Now I need to get my suspension mods done to keep that rear end from going squirly on me! First and second gears now ROAST the tires when I get agressive! Whooo Haaah!

So this is your first time out with the VMax and ADM scoop? I can only imagine your delight after not driving the car for 3 three months AND having those additional items ready to roll.

Yea I'll tell ya, I'm impressed! Between the air scoop, VMax and relocating the washer bottle these rank right up there with the Solo cats for best bang for the buck! Def worth it!

I can only imagine how much bigger your grin would be had you been experiencing 4.10 or 4.11 gears for the first time (I know you're trying to keep your warranty intact though)-- still the most dramatic performance improvement I've done, by far, although not the cheapest. I'll be upgrading my exhaust soon though. Can't wait for that new grin on my face!

Is ECM modification required when doing gears? If so, I'm out for a long while.

Unfortunately, yes, if you want your speedometer & odometer reading correctly.

I've actually been able to take my Camaro out for more fun for 3 days in a row! I'm lovin' it especially after such a long and crappy Winter! It rained here Monday morning and washed away the salt and most of the snow. It got cold again but no snow and no salters on the road! After a 3 month hyatis it feels great!
